I placed my order and transferred the full payment of R3769 to tyres.co.za on 5 November 2020. Despite sending many phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails most of which were rep**** to with promises of delivery which never materialized. I have requested a refund which is stated in their policy and they have now stopped all communication. They have a 0800 number which I called and the person on the other side (Kelvin) denied knowledge of the order status system. The response on WhatsApp by someone by the name Thomas was also promises and now everything has gone quite. I caution anyone thinking of doing business with this company to take note of this.
