TYRES NOT DELIVERED FOR 6 MONTHS

I bought 4 Michelin tyres on 11 May 2022 paying online through card for Zar12,436.00. After a few days they sent me an email that the transaction was not supposed to go through because the tyres I had paid for were not in stock so I was given an two options: either to wait till 30th June for the desired tyres or that I choose a different type.

I opted to wait till 30th June 2022. After that, I was told that the tyres are not still in stock and seeing that I needed to replace the car tyres like yesterday, I communicated that I could accept continental tyres in lieu of Michelin. Tyres.co.za promised to deliver within a week. From July till August they kept on changing dates of delivery till I got ****ed off and communicated that they should refund my money. I have been getting a litany of promises to refund and the latest promise was today 8th November 2022

You can deduce from my experience on the integrity of this business; honestly I am tired and sick of false promises; Promises to deliver and later on to deliver have not been fulfilled.
