Tyre purchase & fitment

I contacted Thomas yesterday and requested quote for my run flat tyre, he confirmed he has stock and i needed to pay and send proof of payment. He then advised that he will contact me by 09h00 today to go to my selected Tyremart. This morning by 09h00 he sent a message to say can we do my Tyre early next week, I then asked him to call me back and he did and I told him I need Tyre by today as I am traveling and need to return the loaned Tyre, he promised to call back to advise if it will be done today. I then went to check the reviews on their website, the shock I got when I saw soon many negative feedback, I almost fainted, I calmed down and said not with me. He called back at around 11h50 to confirm Tyre is ready and I can take my car anytime. I was so relieved, thanks Thomas.
