Terrible service
Have to say really disappointed in their service. My partner ordered Tyres three weeks ago and still nothing. They were paid and we selected date and place for fitment and received confirmation for a week later for fitment of the tyres. Day of fitting called fitment centre and they knew nothing about it and tyres had not been delivered. Been chasing for the tyres now for over three weeks they could not even bother to call to ensure rectify there total unprofessional service. We have now been pretty much following up for over two weeks now we and still waiting for the tyres. Terrible service from this company, strongly recommend people to rather just go to a fitment centre and avoid all the hassle and waiting almost a month for tyres from this place. Nothing but excuses.

18 Jun 2019, 15:15Hi Tony, I have been in communication with Gabriell via WhatsApp. Your comment regarding no communication is incorrect. When the issue with regards to the stock availability on the specific tyres she bought was brought to my attention I immediately offered an alternative.

18 Jun 2019, 15:16Gabriell was happy to wait until the Pirelli tyres were available. The tyres as per my communication to her this morning will be delivered and available for Fitment today still.

You would expect a company that did not deliver on said service would be in constant communication with us. Yes we were prepaided to wait and are still waiting. You say they will be avaliable today, but was that not the same thing said when we paid for them to first be delivered and fitted. Are the being deleiver to the center we asked for. Im comment about non communitaction stands and we wait with baited breath to see if you finaly actuall deliver these tyres.
