POOR SERVICE

My order 5496 i placed almost a month back has not been delivered at all, i get excuses and different dates and promises. Its sad how hard earned money can be paid to someone and they decide to give such a poor service especially after a full payment has been made. I hope no one finds themselves dealing with such bad service i have been given. I have asked for a refund and i am being ignored on that also
