Poor service delivery

I`ve never regret my online purchase like i did with purchasing of tyres from tyres.co.za, purchasing experience is fine but delivering of goods is a nightmare, I made a purchase fro order 5981 on the 3rd of august & on the 12th i made first follow up on delivery & Thomas promised to deliver Wednesday the 18th, on Wednesday when I made follow up he promised to deliver on Friday' on Friday I was in Gauteng 7 asked if order is already dispatched so i can pick it up but there was no response, on Monday the 23rd Thomas promised to deliver on Wednesday the 25th, when i ask about delivery status he does not reply at all, false promises has got into my impatient side, I need my tyres before Monday because I have a trip & currently i am driving with spare wheel since my tyre busted, i did not have urgency when i made order knowing exactly i should receive goods within few days not what i find myself in, if Monday comes & i haven't received my tyres i will fit new ones elsewhere & request refund, failure to refund me i will hand over matter to my lawyers to handle the matter.
