Payment for tyres - never received the tyres or the refund of payment todate....

We ordered tyres online from the above company and paid directly into their bank account for 4 tyres, this was a year ago, they promised delivery every two weeks until we could not wait any longer, requesting they refund our money immediately. As per their website they refund within 3 days....we are still waiting to be refunded a year later.
