Paid for Tyres but did not receive the tyres - nearly a year down the line.

It has been nearly a year since our company ordered and paid for tyres. Constant promises are made to deliver, but we still have not received the tyres that we paid for.

My CEO was contacted with another promise to deliver on 02/09/2021, however today he was contacted to say it will be next week Tuesday. As I said, PROMISES all the way.

So Tuesday came and went and my CEO tried contacting via Whatsapp, the ONLY way you can copy this company. Was at first ignored and this morning got a message that it will be send off tomorrow to reach us on Friday.

Another promise - just confirming everybody else's experience
