No Delivery but still excellent service

This was my second purchase from tyres.co.za and unlike the first which was absolutely perfect this order encountered numerous problems that ultimately resulted in me requesting a refund that was immediately processed. While disappointed that they could not fulfil the order I'm impressed with the integrity of Thomas (the CEO) and the speed with which the refund was processed. Will certainly try them again!
