Most horrible experience to try and buy tyres on line.

On 17 December 2020 I ordered and paid for 4 x 265/60R18 Apollo Apterra AT2 tyres with Tyres on line. It was so easy as they advertise "CLICK. FIT.DRIVE!!! - Order No 4925. It is now 5 months later with many calls, W App's and e-mails and broken promises from the owner without any success. Every time there was a new excuse such as and I quote : - 23 Dec 2020 - "This is most embarrassing. Apollo who handle logistics for us have closed until the 4th" (Jan 2021?) - 6 Jan 2021 "Pushing for delivery on Friday" i.e 8th Jan. - 18 Jan 2021 " Morning C..., your tyres will dispatch tomorrow and will be in Bloem on Wednesday" - 21 Jan 2021 - " Hi C.... , dispatch will happen Monday....." i.e 25 Jan. - 1 Feb 2021 - "...... I want to make sure we supply. I am am not going to lie we have major issues .......... am confident we will supply this week - 16 Feb 2021 e-mail received from tyres on line - " Order 4925 is on the way! .......... 20 April 2021 - " ........sorry I was offline yesterday. Back today. I will fix this order this week! It is now 12 May 2021 and the owner do not answer any of my telephone call, messages etc. This is really bad service - if you can call my ordeal to date - service I am now considering my options just to try and recover may money.
