Money taken. No tyres. No refund.

If I could rate a zero I would.

On the 20th of December 2022 I ordered and paid for 4x Pirelli tyres from this business. The promise from them was to receive them within 2 days. Since then it's been excuse after excuse as to why they have not been delivered. They've failed to even meet their own multiple postponed dates.

I have subsequently asked for a refund and even with this I keep getting postponement after postponement. This is my money and it is due to me because they have failed to deliver.

Today is the 6th of January 2023 and I still sit here with no tyres and no refund. I would never advise anyone to do business with this company and will actively petition for others not to buy from them. I am also pursuing legal recourse on this matter.

Thomas has opted to keep promising to refund but never does. I honestly have no idea how this business has kept its doors open for so long.

I think at this point it may be worth also reporting their way of doing business to their bankers. Surely no reputable financial institution would want to associate with someone who takes people's money but fails to deliver the service paid for.
