I ordered a set of 5 off-road tyres at a very competitive price to be fitted at a time and venue of my choice. Had a glitch. The tyres could not be delivered on time. Received impressive follow up from Thomas. He kept me informed, stayed in touch and ensured I got the service I paid for.
