Excellent Service? no tyres, no refund ...

On the 14th of February 2023 I ordered and paid via EFT, for 4x Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tyres, from the website Tyres.co.za. It’s been almost eight (8) weeks since the placement of the order which is still unfulfilled, going against their own terms and conditions. I subsequently asked for a refund; To-date none forthcoming, as promised several times by the CEO. With no tyres having been delivered nor a refund being processed, I have opened a case against the company with SAPS. I've also written to the motor industries ombudsman, asking him/her to assist in this matter. The CEO of Tyres.co.za called me yesterday, 12-Apr-2023 @ 11h33, when he found out that I was writing reviews about his company, promising a refund within 24hrs. The 24hrs has expired and no refund processed.
