Do not buy from Tyres.co.za

On the 14 August 2023 I have paid tyres.co.za R11596.00 for new tyres,I still have not received my tyres.Thomas is full of excuses,.Everyday a new delivery date.He promised delivery now twice and still nothing.When I ask him for a waybill no,he tell me they dont use waybill's.I have asked for a refund , and he said that he understands and will refund me if he does not deliver,that also dit not happen........how many more people are they going to take money from and not supply them?Any assistance will be greatly appreciated
