The owner of this business has **** to me repeatedly. He had promised delivery of my tyres “tomorrow “ for almost 2 months. He does not have the working capital to operate an honest business and claims he is unable to refund me. He remains resolutely polite throughout the process but this offers little solace as I am over R20000 out of pocket as a result of his behavior.
