WILL NEVER RETURN

Waited over 2 Hours now for my battery as the staff were not aware how to process a voucher, then when it was done, after I made some calls to assist, the invoice was for double the amount by accident and then when I left, unlike other battery places, they don't assist a woman to carry the battery. After 2 hours and still waiting, I asked if I could get a discount due to the inconvenience, I just got a giggle in return.
