Tyres&More Gave me the wrong fit Mags/Tyres and no-one is taking responsibility.

At the end of last year I bought Mags and Tyres for about R 24 000.00 Cash, This is alot of money to pay for something that is not compatable. The Sales person suggested those mags and tyres for my AUDI RS5, I bought them, I had to go back for allignment 3 times already, turns out the sizes are not right for my vehicle. The sales person no longer works there, no-one is taking responsibility, I even came up with other solutions and nothing. Terrible sales ethic. R 24 000.00 down the drain as my car is rattling permanently. I do not know which Mags/Tyres are compatable, I only know what is nice, I chose from options given.
