Tyres and more put two year old tyres on my vehicle resulting in a tyre burst,causing my vehicle to lose control and slam into a barrier. Now they simply won't take responsibility for their actions. I don't believe that when you have tyres fitted,that they should sell you tyres manufactured 2 years prior to the fitment date. That is not an ok thing to do.
