Tyres online **** or not?

I purchased four 265/60R18 Appollo Apterra AT2 tyres from the online store Tyres online (tyres.co.za) on the 14 Dec 2020 - during a promotion they had on tyres. (Order No 4925). On the same day I received confirmation of payment from Payfast on behalf of Barden Tyres (Mr Thomas Rundle). On 17 Dec 2020 I contacted Tyres Online to find out when I can expect delivery. On 23 Dec 2020 Mr Rundle send me an message that Apollo Tyres is closed until 4 Jan 2021 and that he can only deliver when they are open again. On the 6 January after enquiry Mr Rundle promised for delivery on Friday 8 Jan 2021. The delivery did not take place. After various calls from my side to Mr Rundle on a weekly basis, receiving various promises from Mr Rundle that the will deliver ASAP, no delivery took place. It is now 19 April 2021 without receiving order. Mr Rundle do not answer my calls or messages as from 16 April 2021. I am convinced that Tyres online is at best a **** regarding tyre sales. I hope that hellopeter can expose them for what they really are
