Tyres & More, Olifantsfontein Midrand withholding my money

It's been a terrible experience dealing with Candice at Tyres & More Midrand, Olifantsfontein. On the 18th of Dec her sales person made me pay for a tyre they didn't have on stock, only to tell me this 50 min later after my car had been mounted and stripped. Then they tell me they can't process a refund.

Today is the 1st of February and I still don't have my money back. I have called multiple times, I have gone there three times already, all for R1,500 which they are not paying me back.

I obviously had to go to another place to find the right tyre for my Merc, but on one of my follow ups, Candice had the nerve to ask me to take the right tyre and keep it in my boot instead of paying me back my money. She was basically forcing me into a sale because refunds are not the "franchise policy". Tyres & More, is selling customers stock you do not have and keeping their money for a month and a half so they come back your policy? Can this please be addressed.
