Tyres & More Honeydew branch - Be careful - especially if you are a woman!

I am struggling for just more than a year now to get all the inner caps for my mags that I bought a year ago and that came with a guarantee. I paid more than R7000 for these mags (it included 1 new tyre). AFTER the mags was fitted onto my vehicle I was advised that one inner cap "did not come with the delivery". That was only after I saw that one was missing. The sales man apparently left the branch the Monday. I was there the Saturday. I thereafter dealt with the manager. He eventually brought one inner cap to my home and fitted it. I only saw after he left that the one he brought was black and grey (it is TSW mags). The original inner caps has red in it as well. I only recently found out that the cots for a set of 4 caps costs more than R2000. If your employee did not do his job, it is not my fault or problem. You have made promises to deliver. I lost another cap and you told me it is due to the condition of the roads. I do not agree as I did not lose one single cap of the previous mags that I had on my car for more than 7 years, If you are a woman, these type of businesses think they can do what they want. Every time we chat via whatsapp (me and the branch manager) it is a different story. Then he is waiting for the caps, then he is not going to give the caps. It has been going on like this for more than a year and I have had enough now.
