Tyres & More Garsfontein - TERRIBLE SERVICE

We took my Husbands Corsa Bakkie in for a Service at Tyres & More Garsfontein Pretoria East on the 19th June 2021, it was for a Simple Service, NOTHNG else. We collected the car as we were told it was ready after a week or so and as we drove out a few meters down the road the car popped and stopped driving, we called them and they came to get the car, the next thing we were told that the Cam and head has to be replaced, so the car stand for another week or so, eventually we are told the car is ready after us having to call and follow up, we collect the car and guess what.... it is STILL not fixed, the engine light stays on and while driving the car just cuts out. we then take it back to them and explain what is happenieng over and above the fact that the pipe that sprays the water onto the windscreen is broken and there are NO clamps on any of the pipes in the engine. I, myself went t o them on Monday afternoon round 15h45 to find out what was happening with the bakkie again and i was sworn at and told that he does not want our business or any of my family and friends business and continued to swear at me, then he told me that he did not put new parts into the car he used 2nd hand parts, the next day, Tuesday, i went there again with my husband and the Owner (Ian) again started swearing at him and then told him that he put New parts in when not even 1 hours prior to that he told me it was 2nd hand parts. We made a payment arrangement with Ian ***ner) that we would pay the outstanding R2745 at the end of July 2021 and he agreed, on Tuesday when we wanted to collect the bakkie he refused to give us the keys and told us to get off his property, we did not... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take your car to them, they are dis-organized and extremely rude. We have taken this further with the Head Office which is Tiger Wheel and Tyre.
