Tyres & More Empangeni HAVE THE WORST SERVICE

My family and I have had the WORST experience at the Tyres & More branch in Empangeni, KZN. My fathers car has been in their workshop for 2 years now (if not more). We were told by the owner and store manager that the car would cost +/- R32 000 to fix. After having paid over half of that already, the car is still not fixed. Technicians have come and gone. The entire staff send us from pillar to post when ever we inquire and have been unable to help or refund what we have already paid so as to have the car towed to a competent facility. Quite frankly, they have held our car hostage with no direction or timeline as to when the car will be fixed. The entire staff have no clue what they are doing and they have treated our matter with complete disregard. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
