TERRIBLE SERVICE

Yesterday I went to Tyres and More Centurion Lifestyle branch to get my tyre replaced. I received good service from the sales person (Dannie) and the driver (Vusi). Problem came in when I had to go make payment by the finance lady (Ayanda). I have never received such unprofessional service before. I was making payment via a credit facility and I was struggling with it. I asked her to help me and she rep**** “I’ve never experienced this before, are you sure you have money in your account?” How RUDE to ask me that!!! Why would I try to make payment when I don’t have funds available? And then, she ignores me and starts talking to her colleague about how she wants to get the credit facility and go shopping. Professionalism out the window again. Could she not have waited for me to leave and then talk about her personal stuff? I even asked her to call the service provider to find out what the problem is however she blatantly REFUSED!!! I tried to give her the number to call as she said she doesn’t have their number and still, she REFUSED!!! I was very frustrated and made the call myself until it cut and she still didn’t offer to call them. Ayanda is one of the most ***********, UNPROFESSIONAL staff member I’ve ever come across!!! Please sort out her attitude and incompetency because she is going to give the branch a bad name!!!
