Terrible Service

<p>I went into the Balfour Park Tyres & More in the first week of April with a bad puncture. I was told it can not be repaired and that I would need to buy a new tyre, which I was fine with. I was told that they did not have stock of it and it would need to be ordered. I was advised to leave my rim there and I would be contacted as soon as the new tyre was there. I never heard a word and at the end of April I left for overseas for 2 months. Now that I am back I am trying to resolve this, when I first made contact I was told the rim is no longer there and they have no idea what I talking about and everytime I try and phone, I explain my story just to be told I would transfered to a salesman and then the line goes dead. I want help with this ASAP. This is beyond terrible service.</p>
