TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Went to Tyres and More Southgate this morning to replace my car discs. I was there at 07:30 and they opened at 8:00am. I then left the car at 8:15am and went home as i was told it will only take an hour to replace them. I came back at 09:45 and the car was still not done. When i get there i was told that they bought the wrong size of discs and had to take them back to get the right size, and was told it will only take 30 minutes. I left and went to the mall, upon my return at 11:30 i am told that they dont have the right size and they can only get it on Monday. What upsets me the most is no one took my numbers to keep me posted on the progress while i was away as i was under the impression that everything was going according to plan. I had to wait while they put back the old discs. I spent half of my morning waiting for ****** nothing, and even then the was no apology for the inconvenience caused. I am really disappointed at the customer service received at Tyres and More Southgate no know cared to apologised for me wasting my morning and waiting, i could have went someone else but thought i should support a nearby dealership. But i have learned my lesson and will never go there anymore. The service is pathetic. </p>
