Scratched rims

After receiving a good quote I went to Tyres & More to replace a tyre.<br> <br> I explained the fault and the condition of my rim and tyre to the guy who removed my tyre (unfortunately forgot his name), went to Caltex and returned to find the tyre replaced but upon inspection I found the rim to be scratched.<br> <br> It is so sad when you spend months and years taking care of your car so that it always looks in perfect condition and all it takes is a few minutes for an irresponsible and careless person to damage your pride and joy.<br> <br> Fred (I think he's the store manager) said that the regional manager will contact me on 22 June 2015 as he has better \wheel knowledge".<br> <br> Tyres & More need to teach their staff to be careful when working on customer cars and more importantly informing the customer when making a mistake.<br> <br> I will never return to any Tyres & More branch and will not recommend them to anyone.<br> <br> <br> <br> """
