Poor service by sales man

Went to tyres and more to get a tyre replaced. The sales person puts on the wrong size tyre. When I go to collect my vehicle, I realise that the size is smaller than the rest. I bring this to his attention. Whilst he was busy inside, I tell him that I’m leaving the vehicle and he will have to fetch me at work once the vehicle is done. He’s response is what really ticked me off, telling me that he’s one guy doing all the work and only has one driver and that I must make a plan should his driver not be available. Told him up straight that I don’t like his attitude and that he made the mistake so he must fit the bill, but his attitude really needs to change, that’s no way of servicing customers.
