POOR SERVICE AND RUDE MANAGERS

on the 13th Nov ,I took my 2015 ford focus to Tyre and More Midrand for front shock replacement ,i gave the vin number of the car for them to order a correct part and i told them i will be back the following week on Saturday to fit them . When i get there the follwing week saturday i asked them if the part is correct and they assured me the part is correct before striping the car, after striping the car they told me the shocks they ordered are wrong and i must pay them for striping the car ,i refused and they forced me . ok i paid an amount of R940 for work not done and they put back the old shocks . i asked them if i may go to ford dealer to order the shocks myself and they said it okay labour costs are already cover ( i do not need to pay want i came with the shocks). I went on the 26 november for them to fit the shock ( correct shocks bought from ford ) , they fitted the shocks incorrectly ,the car now is worse ,it making noise on driving .when the car is turning i hear sound of the shock touching the body of the car . i went there again for them to check the car and they are coming with stories . I want my money back as they did not do they job . there car is now giving me more problems . Poor service ever , they use hummer on everything ( no tools).
