Poor service and bad attitude

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my experience today with Tyres and more byls bridge Centurion last week Monday I went to buy tyres because there was a promotion of buy 1 and get one free I was number 16 in the que and got assisted by Willem and I explained that I need 2 tyres so that I get 2 free and he was busy saying ok you will get tyres and I told him that I will bring the car today for fitment and alignment and he agreed when we got there today we were told that we are going to get 2 tyres because we paid for 1 but we paid R2254.00 the guy by the name of Pregy was very rude telling us he can't do anything with the invoice that Willem did and Willem Is not working there he just came to assist because that was very busy and the lady by the name of Ayanda took us to Centurion Tyger and wheel but they couldn't help because I paid using my standard bank card they said the system doesn't have that option we went back and said the other guy iss going to take us to Tyger and wheel Lifestyle but he never came we ended up alone there for the refund I am so disappointed with the service treatment and they don't care especially the guy by the name of Pregy he was busy smoking while talking to us.please do something about this poor service.
