Pay for alignment, but alignemt was not included?

Took my car in for wheel alignment. Half way through they call me to show that the alignment was out. Ok, so the assumption is that the would align it again - that was what I was quoted for. But no, an additional R300 to do this????? I left having to paid for alignment that wasn’t done.
