Pathetic heartbreaking service.

I was not there but my brother took my car to Tyres & More Port Elizabeth. My car was taken for wheel alignment and balancing and while doing this my brother was told my car needs new track rods. So he accepted and the installation happened today. While doing the installation my cars steering fluid ran out all over the place and now my car has no steering fluid and making a grinding sound and the guys in the shop say it's not their fault they didn't work on that part of the car. I have pictures of the fluid on the shop floor. Now for my car to go into the shop with a steering rack that had no leaks only for all the fluid to run out in your shop and you don't repair you own workmanship or lack there of is highly off ticking and someone needs to pay for the damage done to my vehicle. I am fed up with my car always being worked on and coming back in a worse condition than it went in. How must my car get back to cape Town now.
