NEVER SUPPORT TYRES AND MORE - MIDRAND... *******S

I will never refer Tyres and More Midrand to anyone, They rip people I'm 63 yrs old i went to the in March 2022 to have new brake disk and brake pads and wheel alignment it cost me over R4000.00 rand the next day i was back to say that there was something loose in the front left wheel i was told to drive for 1000km for the pads and disk to bond, the following week i was back to say the noise was still there. they drove it around in there parking and said they don't hear any noise. i left it. last week on the highway at 100kph i pressed the brakes not hard but to slow down there was a shudder on the brake pedal and steering. i just fitted brand new Tyres on the 10 May 2022. i thought that maybe my Tyres were worn that was the reason why it was shuddering, but it was happening with brand new tyres, i went to Tyres and More on the 10th May to say that i changed the tyres and there is a shudder. i bought new tyres from Dunlop they told me that the shudder is brakes. i went to tyres and more and there is a new Indian manager who said that the work was done before he bought the place, he said he will do me a service to check it out, i asked What service are u doing for me its supposed to be under warranty, all they did is take the front wheels off and used a torch to shine on the disk then asked me to come and see if there was a gap between the disk and pad.. that s not my job i paid R4300.00 and no help, i went to Tiger Wheel Midrand who they fall under as a franchise. i reported it .tyres and more said i must go to the AA and get a report then they will contact ATE to come out and inpect the disk and pads.. i drive as a Bolt driver my own business i dont have to time to be running around for their mess up. Tiger Wheel referred me to Graaff Brakes in Midrand , said they can inspect and give a report, and to take the report to Tyres and More I did that on the 11th May 2011 was told that the front disk was warped. i asked if they can repair it they said yes. they skimmed the disk buffed the pads and even fitted new rear brake shoes for R1100.00 WHAT GREAT SERVICE FROM Graaff Brakes . i went today 12th May 2022 to Tyres and More to show what was done , manager at Tyres and More says that Graaff Brakes and not a true report. i said they fixed the probled the car is moving smooth brake at 120km no shudder at all. he asked so what must he do, i said meet me half way pay me R500.00 towards the amout to sort the problem out . he said he cant because he told me to go to the AA. and by the way HE OWES Graaff Brakes money for work done for Tyres and More. using the same excuse he used with me that when he took over a month ago which will be April 2022 he was not responsible for who had the business before he took over,, REAL SHARKS PLSE PLSE DONT SUPPORT THIS BRANCH... As a pensioner i, sick to the bone spending so much money and no help like Indians say Karma will follow you...IF THERE WAS A RATING OF 0 i would rate them 0
