NEVER AGAIN!

<p>NEVER AGAIN! Arrived at bruma at 12 to query about fitting suspension components. Was given an estimate and told the car would be started at 1pm. Left the vehicle at the branch & then proceeded to purchase the required parts and arrived back just after 1pm. Car was only seen to at 2.30pm. After a tech spent an hour doing NOTHING on the car I was then told that the job will not be finished today. I then requested that they put it all back together again (which took him a total of just 5 minutes!) As this was my day off work I find this level of service unacceptable and totally pathetic. Staff just seem to hang around doing nothing and are totally uninterested in work! Needless to say I will NOT be returning for the job and will never use this brand ever again.</p>
