Lost VW badge

<p>I bought R2584.00 worth of tyres from the bruma branch on the 09/03/2017. I sat during the fitting, everything was quick and professional. The driver took my car out twice. Upon his return i did not check that all VW emblems where on all my tyres, however by the saturday i noticed my front left tyre (one with a new tyre on it) my vw badge was missing exposing my bolt. I have owned the car for 3 years without ever changing my tyre and as soon as they change my tyres it went missing. Now i know its inexensive to replace but i didnt feel the need to replace it as i never lost it. Whether it fell off while i was driving or fell off when the driver test drove my car, the fact is it went missing after my time at the Bruma tyres and More. i called Marius and he stated he would replace it. 2 weeks later i heard nothing so i called again, i then get told the manager will call me, 2 weeks again i heard nthing so i went in, he was very aggressive towards me and not interested in assisting, he again said the manager will call me. That was now the end of Aril. we are now in June with no response even after a nuber of calls and getting told the manager and Marius are busy and they will call me back. if this is the after sales service of this company i want nothing to do with them again. useless is an understament specially when my property had gone missing</p>
