Limited knowledge with cars

I took my car to Tyres and more by South Gate

Worst experience I took my car in for break pads and break disc and I was contacted by Daniel and he send me a slip for the parts that I need to buy in order for me to get my car fixed two days later I took my car in with the parts request and a few hours later I get a call that the parts are wrong , Daniel can’t even take accountability instead he blames it on the supplier. There’s knowledge skills for cars is very limited , I called another supplier that does the same work as them and gave them the car model and year and they told me the exact parts I needed, Daniel doesn’t even know he realised on there suppliers knowledge to know and puts the blame on the supplier.

I’ll never take my car here again
