LACK OF FEEDBACK AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just want to inform you that the service I received from their Woodmead (Gauteng) store is totally pathetic. About 2 months ago I sent a request for a quote on their website. I did not receive a reply and did again 2 weeks ago but sent it directly to the stores email, again no reply. <br> <br> I eventually phoned the store and spoke to Tumelo for the break pads and well as the wiper blades. Every time I had to phone him and request a update and his excuse would be that he forgot to phone me. I eventually did the replacement of the break pads on Saturday and was told I will have to replace my discs. I informed Tumelo to order the discs and I will come back on Monday. I also requested that he inquire about the costs for a windscreen replacement.<br> <br> I did not hear from him on Monday. I called and was informed he is not at work and no order was made. I was informed that the order will be made and someone will call me back. He called this morning and said he ordered the discs I can come in after an hour. I told him I will come in at 12h00, which he agreed to.<br> <br> At 12h05 I arrived at their store, the stock did not arrive no one bothered to phone me to tell me to inform me I should not come
