Great Service

<p>I want to thank you for the excellent service I received at your randburg Bram Fischer branch –Kyle Tait. My car had been having problems for well over two months with the last mechanic ripping me off with parts and poor workmanship. It was under these unfortunate circumstances that I brought my Mini to Kyle for help as has some experience and owning the same model as mine. They are incredible. It means a lot to me, as a woman, to have a place that I feel comfortable taking my car. The most important thing is I know that I am getting a fair price. Every time I bring my car to your facility they go out of their way to help and are always very polite. They kept me informed throughout the process of the repairs to the damage caused by a shoddy mechanic for 2 days and consistently testing my car to make sure everything was working properly before returning the car to me (something that is a foreign concept to some mechanics!).This was my second visit to this service centre and I feel they have done a great job both times, going above and beyond in my opinion. Again, I just wanted to say thanks to Tyres and more - that provides high quality auto repair with integrity, honesty, and excellent customer service at a fair price and with a personal touch.</p> <p> </p>
