Friendly and Professional, going the extra mile!

This compliment is way overdue and today just topped the great customer service that I have always experienced. I was stuck on the M41 driving to mt edgecombe in morning peak hour traffic. Frank who I was told is the Regional Manager stopped and assisted me to move my car to the side, drove me down to the branch which was not officially opened yet made me a cup of coffee and I relaxed while my go to person in Tyres and more Daniel went to my car changed the battery and drove the car back to me just in time for me to get to work. For a lady being stuck in peak hour traffic and having no clue gets quite panicky but thank you for making this stress free and going the extramile to assist me. Daniel has always been my go to guy when anything is wrong with my car, first person I contact no matter what it is. His service has always been exceptional and superior to any other place I have been too. Thanks Tyres& More mtedgecombe for your outstanding service alway!!!
