Failed to Refund Money Paid

A quotation was received for the supply and fitment of brake pads on a Toyota Corolla. The car was taken in on 15/10/2011 and the quoted amount was paid upfront.<br> <br> A week went buy and Tyres and More still could not find the proper brake pad for the car, therefore an arrangement was made were i would supply the brake pad from the Toyota agents and Tyres and More will only charge for labor as arranged over the phone.<br> <br> The quoted labor amount was R 855 and money owed to me after they deducted their R 855 was R 1000.<br> To date, after four emails and numerous calls daily to the staff, I still have not received my refund. Its almost a month later.<br> <br> This is terrible service as they quote for parts that they can not source and thereafter do not fulfill the arrangements that were made.
