Excellent Customer Service

<p>I've been experiencing a few issues with my vehicle this past month and it's basically been sitting with the dealership which has been trying to fix whatever is wrong with it.</p> <p>One of the problems they experienced was that my battery was flat and needed to be replaced.</p> <p>Considering I had recently purchased a battery fromTyres & More, I was shocked, but also relieved at the same time because it was surely still under warranty.</p> <p>I went to Tyres & More Woodmead to claim and the level of service I received was excellent.</p> <p>They first tested the battery and offered to recharge it for me. Once we realised that recharging it wouldn't work, they swapped it out for me, no hassles, no fuss.</p> <p>Once this was done, they gave me a lift to my next destination.</p> <p>Apologies, but I only remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me with the claim, and not the gentlemen who gave me the lift.</p> <p>But thank you, Kyle (& Co. - again, apologies, I don't mean to be rude to that gentleman)</p> <p>Your service is recognised and more of this type of initiative is necessary from all service providers.</p> <p>Thank you again, Kyle & Co, and Tyres & More (Woodmead).</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Karabo</p>
