Don't buy from PE Store

bought 2 tyres by them. A few weeks later the 1 front tyre developed a bubble on the edge of the sidewall. Didn't hit any thing with the car. Took the car back, they refuse to do anything, they insist we must have hit a pothole. we did NOT hit any potholes with the car. There are NO dents on the rim, they insist the scratches on the Rim proves we hit a hole, the scratches have been on the rim since we bought the car. always supported them, but truly dissatisfied with the service. Lesson learnt.
