Disgusting Owner (Abdullah)- Insinuated that my R15000 I spent was of nothing as other customers drop hundreds of thousands of Rands at his store

Last week Friday I went to Martines tyres and was served by the most wonderful gentleman (employee) one could come across. I left the store happy and satisfied after paying R14 950 for new mags and tyres around 11:45. This store closes at 12:00pm for Muslim prayers. I was informed by the employee that I would need to sort out the camber because when they did the alignment they found a problem. I responded that this would not be a problem as my car was under a maintenance plan. This morning I took my car to VW Benoni (Ampthill Avenue) and spoke to Derek the service agent who asked me what the problem was precisely. I couldn't provide an answer so I decided to call Martines. The owner (Abdullah) answered the call. After explaining to him the issue, he tells me that they could have sorted the problem out but there was no time. I proceeded to tell him that this was not good customer service and if they could have sorted out the problem then why was I referred to VW. It was at this point that I mentioned "I dropped R15000 on Friday" to which his response was "your R15000 is nothing, other customers drop hundreds of thousands of rands". This made me see red and I lost it. I requested his name, to which he responded with total arrogance, my name is Abdullah! I informed him that I was coming there right now, to which he responded "come I will be here". I wish I could add tone and arrogance to what I am saying because the service agent at VW was totally disgusted with the way I was treated - my phone is so loud that anyone next to me can hear the person on the other side. Furthermore, in that conversation I was asked to "close my mouth and listen". Really, is this how you treat a customer??? I was livid by this time, I drove from VW which is not even a km to Martines, where I requested for the owner. He looked at me with sheer arrogance and rudeness and said "I'm Abdullah I am the owner". This was when I lost it again. I could not believe that an owner can behave so vile to customers. I demanded that they refund me my money, take their mags and tyres and re-fit my old tyres. This was done, the brother and the employee were totally apologetic and admitted they were wrong, but not the "owner" Abdullah". This was my experience on a Monday morning, I vowed never to set foot into this shop again! Amazingly, the employees treat customers with more respect than the owner!!!!
