Delivered my car back to me, on time

Had my shocks replaced yesterday, but a required part was unavailable at 5pm yesterday. Michael promised me that they'd get the part first thing in the morning and would inform me when my car was completed. Not only were the repairs done on time, but Michael returned the vehicle to my house, saving me the trouble of having to organise a lift. Thank you!
