Bellville branch - Terrible service

About two weeks ago I took my vehicle to Tyres or More in Bellville to diagnose a noise that Tiger Wheel and Tyres thought might be front wheel bearings. I was attended to by Neville. At 1st they checked the vehicle and said it was not the wheel bearings. He arranged for the Nissan workshop across the road to have a look and then came back to me: "we have decided that it is the wheel bearings". The wheel bearings were replaced, and the noise still there. New diagnoses - gearbox bearings. What are the chances my wheel bearings AND gearbox bearings go at PRECISELY the same time? I confronted Neville with this question and stated that they misdiagnosed the problem in the 1st place and replaced the wheel bearings unnecessarily. Neville agreed to refund me for the wheel bearings and promised that it will happen on the Monday. Come Monday, no refund. Called and left a message. Johan, the owner was going to call me back. Come Tuesday, the same thing. Today, Wednesday, I managed to speak to Johan who now has turned around and told me that he will not refund me the full amount and (with a seriously bad attitude towards a customer) also stated that he will get back to me when he is ready.... this after I was promised a full refund by Monday. There is no argument here: The wheel bearings did not require replacement. They made the wrong diagnosis and wasted my money. They promised me a refund and no turns around and tries to argue about it.
