Bad business and I want them to be exposed for half done job at the full cost

Charb Chicago tyres based at chiawelo (***) has such a bad service. I took my car for alignment and the guy said the tyres need to be pulled in order to balance properly. We did that and when they had to finish the job, the lady said they do not have a guarantee which was not said before hand.
