Aircon Re-gas Tyres & More

1 star is being generous. I am not sure what the "More" in Tyres & More is for but I can tell you for a fact, if it's got anything to do with customer service. Rather go somewhere else, anywhere else!!

Aircon re-gas acording to Tyres & More Edenvale takes half an hour. My wife was sitting there for 3 hours waiting to be helped. Long story short, Aircon re-gassed and paid for. When my wife wanted to leave she got parked in by another car. One of the T&M employees parked the car behind my wifes car and the employee refused to move the car so she can get out. Said he needs to change that car's battery first. After my wife has been asking multiple times for the car to be moved so she can go back to work, car was still not moved.

Now take into consideration this is already half a day for an Aircon re-gass after told 30mins. Oh and I forgot to mention, the Aircon is still not working. After my wife paid and went to fetch her car, they told her that something else is wrong and the aircon is not working.

I'm not refering Tyres & more to anyone out there.
