ABSOLUTE POOR SERVISE

we had my sons vehicle front brakes replaced on a Saturday and on the Wednesday following this repair his breaks failed and he was involve din an accident. I phoned Tyres and More Hartbee****rt branch to ask them to go check out the breaks that they has fitted and failed and the answer from the floor manager was that they will not even going out to check as it was fitted correctly. This is absolute poor customer service and i am currently gathering legal advice on this as he has now been injured and his car has been written off.
