Poor after service assistance

I bought a set of 4 continentals tyres in March of 2019. 3 Months later one of the tyres burst, having not even done 4000kms. Took the tyre back to the store to make a claim or have it replaced. They had the tyre looked at by manufacturer who then gave me a stupid report which wrote that the the burst was as a result of some "impact" (mind you the tyre burst while i was on a national road, so i as the driver and owner know for sure that there was no impact)... To cut a long story short the refused to replace the tyre, then The gentleman who was helkping me said he would charge me cost + 10% for another tyre, only to charge me R100 more...

Ill never use the store again, and may even stop buying continental tyres for my vehicles.
