Zero Klient service

Today I had the company bakkie at Tyres and More George for wheel alignment etc. Standing outside the shop we heard a big roar and then a crash.One of there staff members managed to drive my verhicle off the lift while up in the air right threw there wheel alignment machine..all came crushing to the ground . Causing extensive damage to the verhicle and flatning there machine. They closed the shop and reported it to there insurance. Simply telling me that there insurance will be in contact with me and everything should stay as is on the scene. I said..besides my verhicle being damaged..maybe written off..I need a verhicle monday morning to fetch staff members..go to site etc.. I can not be left without a bakkie or I will lose bussiness. The owner of Tyres and more said that he cant help me and his insurance wont allow him to rent me a verhicle and that I should rent one on my own accord. His insurance will decide if they will refund me for the hired verhicle or not. He did not even say sorry for the inconveniece caused.According to there Franchise area manager, each Franchise has there own insurance and its a gamble if I would receive a refund for hireing a replacement verhicle and its my choice to do it or not. I was left to my own accord on a saturday afternoon to find a way out of this mess they put me in.
